    Fabulous

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool was out of action, had it been available I would have rated the value as good. I suppose it has to be refurbished some time!

    Fabulous

The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. The beautiful views.

Booked the hotel as a 50th birthday treat. The hotel is very expensive therefore our expectations were high. Everything was up to standard until we dined at the Cliff restaurant. We didn't have a starter and ordered our main meal which took an hour to arrive. When I complained I was told that it was due to all the diners arriving at once (less than 20, mostly couples). The Maître d' came to apologise. When the food arrived we were starving as it was now 9.15pm. After finishing the Maître d collected our plates and explained there had been an accident in the kitchen which had caused the delay and would we accept a dessert and coffee as recompense. By this time all joy had been taken out of the meal and we declined. For two simple meals of fillet steak and salmon (salmon dry and salty) this was poor show.

    Very good

    The staff were very friendly

The hotel charges extra for absolutely everything, even the Spa when you are a guest there. It is really poor value for money so I wouldn't go again or recommend it to anyone.

Hotel brilliant views stunning especially from the resturant and spa. Nice meal on first night with staff making fuss of us on our anniversary.

The view from the hydro pool was breathtaking.

The resturant was quite expensive though it is a short walk into the town

    Good

Fantastic view, comfortable rooms, easy access to the town and it's facilities.

I don't think they should charge hotel guests to use the spa.

The location was stunning, Attention to detail excellent throughout. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Delicious food.

Would have liked the option of half board, perhaps with offers.

The infinity pool is a wonderful place to while away an hour or so! Watching the world sail on by..... I truly relaxed completely which is most unusual for me! And then to be served so diligently and feel very attended to, without being interrupted, was very special and cleverly managed. Excellent team of staff in all areas of the hotel.

We just had a two day stay at the St.Brides Spa Hotel and could not fault it, the food was lovely especially the cooked breakfast, the room was a bit on the small side but lovey decorated. The staff could not do enough for you. The only thing we were dissapointed with is that you had to pay £25 for 90 to use the spa, I think if you are staying there as a guest this should be free!!! But we will definitely go back and stay again.

    Fabulous

We liked the relaxed atmosphere and the welcome received by the member of staff.we liked the decor of the hotel and the airy feel of the rooms and splendid views.we enjoyed the spa experience.

We did notice in the bathroom the stale smell of the shower curtain which did leave an odour in the room which was very noticable on bathing. ALSO WE DID NOT LIKE THE STEP IN THE BEDROOM WHICH WE FELT COULD BE QUITE DANGEROUS AT NIGHTIME ESPECIALLY FOR OLDER PEOPLE. HOWEVER, IN GENERAL WE ENJOYED OUR STAY AND WILL WANT TO COME AGAIN AS LONG AS WE COULD HAVE ANOTHER ROOM!

    Superb

The main reasons for choosing St.Brides Hotel was the fact it was highly recommended to us by friends and also its location.Walking being one of our hobbies gave us the opportunity to take advantage of the Pembrokeshire coastal path and enjoy the stunning scenery along the coastline. The facilities afforded by the hotel were very good and the level of service was excellent. A very enjoyable experience which we hope to repeat later in the year.
